Read to Learn is an adult literacy program offering free adult reading classes at Prince of Peace and other locations throughout the community.
In Read to Learn, adult volunteer tutors implement prepared lesson plans for English-speaking adult learners in a one-to-one-in-person instructional setting.
Prince of Peace hosts this program twice a year. Each semester involves 10 weeks of classes.
FALL SEMESTER will begin on September 5, 2023 from 12:30pm to 3:00pm.

MAKE A DIFFERENCE DAY
Our small Read to Learn class of 10 students and tutors brought 12 bags of food and one large box of canned goods for the Schaumburg Food Pantry.
